Professional Background

I started my career in information management and qualification verification at Egon Zehnder's Knowledge Centre in India, supporting 63 offices globally. That grounding in data integrity and process discipline shaped the way I approach analysis — methodical, detail-oriented, and always focused on what the data actually means for the business.

After completing a Master of Business Analytics at Deakin University in Melbourne, I transitioned into a Business Analyst role and have worked across executive search, healthcare digital transformation, and public sector programs. Across those very different environments, the common thread has been the same: helping organisations understand what they have, what they need, and how to get there.

My most significant recent work has been supporting a large-scale Electronic Health Record implementation across 17 rural and regional hospitals in Victoria through SWARH. Working alongside clinicians, change managers, and ICT teams, I've developed a strong appreciation for the human side of digital transformation — the need to listen carefully, design collaboratively, and communicate clearly across very different audiences.

I'm currently working towards my CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and actively involved in IIBA forums. I'm looking for an environment that values both rigour and collaboration — where business analysis is genuinely embedded in how change happens.
